Dr. Lance has experience working with Olympic teams and establishing successful chiropractic offices in the Bay Area. Dr. Ray and Dr. Alex, two Latino brothers, have been sharing their expertise by teaching the art of adjusting to fellow chiropractors for multiple years. With this rich background, our practice offers a unique blend of knowledge. We approach each patient holistically, developing personalized care plans that dive beyond surface symptoms to address underlying causes, ensuring enduring results

Dr. Alex Vargas

Dr. Alex Vargas is a proud owner and chiropractor at Más Vida Chiropractic who educated at Life Chiropractic College West and Stanislaus State. As a native of the Central Valley and a Latino male provider, he couldn’t be more grateful to bring his teachings and work back to his hometown. Holistic health and wellness has truly impacted his life in a time of adversity which lead him to a path of rediscovering who he was and paving a path towards his healing journey. Sharing his story and providing quality care to his community has been a big part of his movement as he has learned that healing happens in community. As a Stan State Alumni and having experience in college level competition, he is dedicated to contributing to the health and wellness in the valley.

Dr. Ray Vargas

Dr. Ramon Vargas is the founder and owner of Más Vida Chiropractic. Educated at Life Chiropractic College West and Stanislaus State, his path has been defined by transformative experiences in chiropractic healing and Men’s Work. Raised in the Central Valley and as a Latino, Dr. Vargas is dedicated to bringing natural healing practices to his community. His mission is to guide individuals towards better health and fulfillment by providing tools to overcome challenges, fostering their mental, physical, and spiritual growth, and encouraging actionable steps towards health. Dr. Vargas is committed to creating lasting systems for future generations that enhance personal and societal contributions.

Dr. Lance Von Stade

Dr. Lance works with high-performers who are trying to manage a busy career, an active and athletic lifestyle, and life at home.As an athlete, he had injuries and didn’t understand why doctors would prescribe me medication and not actually address the underlying issue. He remembers having to take ibuprofen daily before track practices in order to run. That disconnect planted a seed for him which later led to him wanting to understand the underlying mechanisms at play in my body and to acknowledge health from a holistic view.
